The very Inspiring Designer Reem Acra

 

 

I came across the talnted Reem Acra not too long ago and liked her designs. I started loving her creations when I saw the above speech/story she shared with Ted. She seems very positive and intelligent to me. I love seeing someone's work and thinking to myself how their personality is and what were they thinking about, while creating their collection. I love her real and Go-Getter attitude, it's very frash and inspiring to hear - for a new designer like me, from an experienced, well known designer - like her.

Love's home

This is Courtney Love's home. It's really not what I would expect. I may be stock in the 90's but I really expected it to be more Rock n roll, more colorful, more popart- I guess, just more modern!

Minna Parikka

I like Minna Parikka's creative designs. It feels good to know that women all over the world love and look for eccentric and interesting accessories.

Styling for the Ajuko girls!

 

I was a costume designer on the set of this video for Ajuko girl's hit "Tokyo Drift". It was a while ago and was really fun. I started POPAVINA about a year or so later but you can see the love for pink, whimsical and colorful clothing was always there!
